Jordan participates in UN meeting
AMMAN (Petra) — Jordan is taking part in a UN meeting related to a projected international agreement on the protection of the rights of the handicapped which opened in New York on Thursday. Adnan Aboudi, a representative of NGOs in the west Asia region, said Jordan is seeking a unified pan-Arab stand to help draft a proposed international agreement to protect disabled people's rights.
