AMMAN (Petra) — Ten new ambassadors to Jordan on Monday presented their credentials to His Majesty King Abdullah at a Royal Court ceremony attended by Court Minister Samir Rifai and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Basem Awadallah. The ambassadors are Rado Onofrei of Romania, Abdul Qader Zawi of Morocco, Huseyin Dirioz of Turkey, Yousef Abdullah Atri of Kuwait, Krunoslav Vasilj of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Wiboon Khusakul of Thailand, Masoud Aziz of Bangladesh, Alfred Moisiu of Albania, Cesar Ferrer Burie of Uruguay and Bo Folke Johnson Theute of Malta.
The envoys laid wreaths on the tombs of the late King Hussein, the late King Talal and the late King Abdullah I. After the presentation ceremony, King Abdullah received the new envoys and discussed a number of issues of mutual concern to Jordan and their countries.
