US is Jordan's Largest Trade Partner
Amman, March 22 (Petra)-- The US was Jordan's
largest trade partner in terms of exports last January, with a percentage of
29.7. The value of Jordan's export to the US in January rose to JD53.5 million
compared to JD 20.6 millions in the same period of last year.
According to the monthly bulletin of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Iraq
came second with 17.2 percent with a total imports of JD30.9 million.
Switzerland came third with 9.8 percent to reach JD17.6 million followed by
Saudi Arabia, India, Syria, Algeria, Israel, UAE, Lebanon, China, Kenya,
Palestinian Authority, Turkey and Kuwait.
