Jordan Aviation to operate charter flights to Erbil

AMMAN (Petra) — Jordan Aviation (JA) announced on Monday that it would operate two charter flights per week to Erbil in northern Iraq. JA President Mohammad Khashman said the flights would start on May 1 and take off from the Amman Civil Airport in Marka. The company took the decision after negotiations with civil aviation authorities and the management of the Erbil Airport, Khashman noted. The Amman-Erbil route is expected to increase commercial and economic activities and boost trade exchange.
