PM holds talks with HRW delegation
Prime Minister Marouf Bakhit on Monday met with a Human Rights Watch (HRW) delegation and discussed with them means of developing joint cooperation and channels of communication between the government and the organisation. Bakhit stressed that HRW should be fair, balanced and objective in its reports and not rely on allegations and rumours. The premier also pointed out that the government is committed to enforcing and protecting human rights as well as tackling issues mentioned in HRW reports.
