Princess Muna visits
NCSBN in Chicago
AMMAN (JT) — HRH Princess Muna, president of the Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC),
is on an official visit to the American National Council of State Boards of
Nursing (NCSBN) in Chicago, accompanied by a JNC delegation.
The visit offers the JNC an opportunity to look into the NCSBN experience in the nursing legislation sector, particularly in the area of licensure examination, since the central mission of the JNC is to promote the community's health status through a sound regulatory system that assures high quality of services and safe practice.
The NCSBN's major mission is to provide leadership to advance regulatory excellence for public protection and the development of National Nurse Licensure Examinations for all US states and territories. The visit includes a meeting with the NCSBN board of directors and staff to discuss nursing regulations.
