Lower House condemns
attacks in Lebanon, Gaza
AMMAN (Petra) — The Lower House condemned last week the Israeli attacks against
the Palestinians and Lebanese. The House described the attacks as an affront to
international accords and charters and stressed its support for His Majesty King
Abdullah’s efforts to stop the Israeli escalation on both fronts. Speaker of the
House Abdul Hadi Majali said the Lower House called on the international
community to halt the Israeli aggression, which jeopardizes the entire region.
