Minister of Tourism and
Antiquities discusses current crisis with Lebanese counterpart
AMMAN (Petra) — Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Munir Nassar reiterated
Jordan’s continuous support for the Lebanese people during a phone call with his
Lebanese counterpart on Monday. The Jordanian government has taken all the
necessary measures to facilitate the entry of Lebanese citizens into the
Kingdom, Nassar said. The Lebanese minister voiced his appreciation for Jordan’s
efforts in helping Lebanon during the current crisis. The two sides also
discussed bilateral ties and cooperation to improve tourism.
