Amman (JT) - The Islamouna Network has announced the launch of its official website in English and Arabic which focuses on Muslim affairs at the individual and group level. The site (www.islamouna.info) seeks to clear the distorted image of Islam and promote a culture of dialogue instead of extremism. The network is supervised by a group of young Muslim volunteers. The site has its own Sharia commission, which includes several scientists and professors specialising in Sharia to discuss issues of concern for the Islamic nation. The portal comprises several sections such as news and the weather forecast, as well as cultural and social information.
