Iraqi staff receives training on census taking
AMMAN (Petra) — A training course for Iraqi statistics department staff started today at the Department of Statistics (DoS) headquarters in Jabal Amman. The two-week course is organised by DoS in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). DoS Director General Hussein Shakhatrah said the course aims to train 20 Iraqi staff on census taking and management so they can apply the skills in the census to be held in Iraq next year.
