Workshop for journalists to be held next month
AMMAN (Petra) — The Centre for Defending Freedom of Journalists (CDFJ), in cooperation with the International Centre for Journalists (ICF), will organise a workshop on covering governmental and parliamentary news in Amman between Sept. 5-9. Minister of State and Government Spokesperson Asma Khader will act as patron of the workshop in which 24 journalists from Jordan, Iraq and Palestine will participate. The workshop will include several field visits to the Parliament and other public institutions. The workshop is the first activity of future cooperation between the CDFJ, a nonprofit civil organisation, and the ICF.
