King, Qadhafi review bilateral issues


TRIPLOI (Petra) - His Majesty King Abdullah returned home on Tuesday following a several-hour visit to Libya, where he held talks with Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi on several bilateral issues and means to bolster bilateral ties.

Talks also covered developments in the region and efforts exerted with a view to enhance cooperation between Arab states.

During the talks, which took place in the Jafra area to the south of Libya, the two leaders voiced their keenness to develop and cement Jordanian-Libyan ties.

The talks were attended by HRH Prince Ali and the King’s Adviser for Tribal Affairs Fawaz Zeben.
