Jordan, Russia to establish joint business council, launch free trade agreement
AMMAN (Petra) — Jordan and Russia plan to establish a joint business council and to launch a free trade agreement on par with the ones signed with the US and the European Union, Jordan Chamber of Commerce President Haidar Murad said in a statement on Tuesday. Haidar indicated that Jordanian businessmen, who returned recently from Moscow, have held talks with their Russian counterparts on ways to foster the commercial relations between the two countries.
