Amman Trade Point
provides 245 importing, exporting opportunities for private sector
AMMAN (Petra) — The Amman Trade Point, established at Jordan Export Development
and Commercial Centres, provided 245 importing and exporting opportunities for
the private sector during the first eight months of this year. The opportunities
were made available through the point's search for available commercial
opportunities and through mutual cooperation with electronic trade networks. The
opportunities were mainly in the garments sector and the manufacturing of
leather products, foodstuffs, tobacco and cigarettes, agricultural products,
machinery and electric equipment.
