Second economic forum
will begin Nov. 27
AMMAN (Petra) — Jordan's second economic forum will commence on Nov. 27,
Industry and Trade Minister Sharif Zu'bi announced during a press conference on
Monday. The two-day forum, to be organised by the Lebanese Economic Group, will
help brief businessmen and investors on business and investment opportunities
available in the Kingdom. The forum will highlight the Kingdom's megaprojects in
different fields, including energy, water, telecommunications, mining and
airports. Some 700 investors and representatives of local and international
financial and commercial enterprises are expected to attend the forum.
