Jordan ranks 37 among
146 countries in fight against corruption
Jordan ranked 37 this year among 146 countries in terms of its efforts to fight
corruption, according to Transparency International Index.
The index, announced during the annual meeting of Transparency International (TI), a nongovernmental organisation fighting corruption, showed that Jordan scored 5.3 out of a clean score of 10, jumping the 5 barrier for the first time in 10 years and achieving the foremost position among Arab countries.
