King telephones Palestinian
leader
AMMAN, November 1 (Petra) - His Majesty King Abdullah checked on Palestinian
leader Yasser Arafat's health in a telephone call yesterday and wished him a
speedy recovery, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
French doctors are checking Arafat for a viral infection after tests ruled out
leukaemia and any other life-threatening illness, aides to the Palestinian
leader said.
