Amman to host second Arab conference on human resources development
AMMAN (Petra) — The Labour Ministry, in cooperation with the Arab Labour Organisation, will hold the second Arab Conference of Human Resources Development at the Amman Chamber of Commerce on Monday. Prime Minister Faisal Fayez will act as patron of the event, which seeks to assess the situation of the labour markets in Arab countries. Experts from Jordan and several Arab countries, in addition to experts from foreign countries, will participate in the conference to formulate an Arab vision in order to address the challenges in the sector. The conference will discuss papers on problems related to technical education, vocational training and human resources development.
