Royal Decree Approves Cabinet reshuffle 

Amman, Nov. 22 (Petra) -- A Royal decree was issued on Wednesday endorsing a cabinet reshuffle of the government of Marouf Al Bakhit.

Following is a list of the new ministers:

-Minister of State for Legal Affairs Dr. Khaled Samara Al Zu’bi.

-Minister of Public Performance and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mohammad Thneibat.

-Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs Dr. Muhiddin Touq.

-Minister of Justice Sharif Al Zu’bi.

-Minister of Industry and Trade Salim Khaza’la.

-Minister of Health Dr. Saad Al Kharabsheh.

-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Dr. Khaled Shreidah.

-Minister of Political Development Dr. Mohammad Al Ouran.

-Minister of Agriculture Dr. Mustafa Qurunfilah.

-Minister of Information and Communications Technology Basim Al Rousan.

-Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Osama Al Dabbas.

The new ministers were sworn in before His Majesty King Abdullah II in the presence of Prime Minister Marouf Al Bakhit, Royal Court Chief Salim Al Turk and Director of the King’s Office Basim Awadallah.

During a meeting with the outgoing ministers, His Majesty thanked the ministers for efforts they exerted during their term.

The outgoing ministers include Minister of Justice Abid Shakhanbeh, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Azmi Khreisat, Minister of Health Saeed Darwazah, Minister of Agriculture Akef Al Zu’bi, Minister of Political Development and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Sabri Rbeihat, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Munir Nassar and Minister of Information and Communications Technology Omar Al Kurdi.
