Conference on developing human resources begins

Thirteen Arab countries and several Arab, regional and international organizations are participating in the second Arab Conference for Developing Human Resources Development which started on Monday at the Amman Chamber of Commerce.

Organized by the Labor Ministry, in cooperation with the Arab Labor Organization, the two-day event seeks to assess the situation in Arab labor markets and identify their needs as well as the existing problems they face particularly the escalating rates of unemployment. The conference is set to discuss papers on problems related to technical education, vocational training and human resources development.
