Salah meets with US ambassador
Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Abdul Fattah Salah met with US Ambassador to Jordan David Hale on Wednesday. During the meeting, Salah reviewed the ministry's achievements and its role in clarifying the image of Islam as a faith of tolerance and moderation. Salah said the ministry, through its mosque imams, was also playing an active role in introducing the Amman Message, which seeks to present the true image of Islam.
