Relief aid to head for Iraq today
AMMAN (JT) — A convoy of six trucks loaded with relief aid is due to leave today
for Fallujah and Ramadi in Iraq. The aid was donated by Al Imdaad Foundation
from South Africa through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO). JHCO
Secretary General Abdul Salam Abbadi, Ambassador of South Africa in Amman Boy
Geldenhuys, Al Imdaad Foundation Secretary General Moulana Shabier Saloojee and
the accompanying delegation will see off the convoy.
