A Jordanian National Born in Amman on April 13th, 1973,
Married with two daughters.
After working two years in the Public Relations field at the
Private Sector, he Joined the Foreign Ministry in 1999 where
he held many positions last of them, the Director of the
Press and Information Department, until posted to the
Jordanian Embassy in France in 2002, where he was
responsible for the Economic bilateral relations between
Jordan and France.
In 2002 he was assigned in the Foreign Minister’s Private
Office for one year, until his appointment as a Political
Secretary in Jordan’ Prime Minister’s Office for another one
year. In May 2008 he was appointed as the Director of the
Economic and Commercial Bureau in Washington DC.
Mr. Bilbeisi holds a Master Degree in International
Relations from University of Exeter, a Higher Diploma in
Foreign Service from Oxford University, and a BA Degree in
Political Science and Economics from University of Jordan.
He worked as a volunteer with The Landmines Survivors
Network, and is a member of The Hashemite Society for
soldiers with Special Needs, and an active member of
Chevening Scholarship Programme Association.
Has an interest in current political and Economic affairs,
and participate actively in organized political and economic
seminars/lectures at various institutes.
