Hundreds of exhibitors from 31 countries participating in Project Rebuild Iraq 2008


Minister Maher Madadha, of Public Sector reform and acting minister of Industry and Trade, inaugurated on Monday the Project Rebuild Iraq 2008 fair organised by IFP Group.

Deputising for Prime Minister Nader Dahabi, Madadha toured the exhibition and got firsthand information on the products and services exhibited by around 500 Arab and international companies wishing to serve the region's markets

The opening ceremony was attended by ambassadors of the participating countries, Iraqi and Jordanian business leaders, and mangers of the exhibiting companies.

According to IFP Group Chairman Albert Aoun, 31 countries are represented at the fair with national pavilions from France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Pakistan and the Netherlands and country pavilions from China, Korea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
