Fayez meets with Palestinian minister
AMMAN (Petra) - Minister of Interior Eid Fayez on Sunday met Palestinian Minister of Municipal Affairs Ziyad Bandak and discussed latest developments in the Palestinian territories. Fayez underlined the country’s support for all efforts seeking to achieve a just and comprehensive peace in the region. He noted that the key for regional peace is solving the Palestinian issue. Meanwhile, Bandak commended the country’s support for the Palestinians and said he appreciated His Majesty King Abdullah’s efforts to achieve regional peace and an independent Palestinian state.
