King meets Iraqi
vice-president
Dead Sea, May 17 (Petra)--His Majesty King Abdullah II Saturday met on the
sidelines of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East, Iraqi Vice-President
Adel Abdul Mahdi and discussed regional developments as well as relations
between the two countries.
The King stressed support to efforts designed to achieve peace and stability in
Iraq, which are basic pillar for security and stability of the whole region.
The Iraqi vice-president hailed His Majesty's supportive stance of Iraq and its
people, stressing Iraq's keenness to boost relations with Jordan in various
fields.
The meeting was attended by Royal Court Chief Nasser Lowzi and the King's
Advisor Ayman Safadi.
