Foreign Minister, Iraqi counterpart hold talks in Amman
 
Amman, Feb. 4 (Petra) -- Jordan reiterated on Thursday its supportive stance to the stability, unity and territorial integrity of Iraq to regain its role at all levels.

Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh said, during a meeting with Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Zebari, that the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections will be a milestone in Iraq's political process, stressing the importance of the participation of all components of the Iraqi society in the polls.

He noted that His Majesty King Abdullah II attaches great attention to Iraqis living in the Kingdom, adding that Jordan will continue providing them with services and facilities until they return to their country.

Zebari hailed services extended to the Iraqi community in Jordan, highlighting the Kingdom's decision to allow Iraqis to take part in their country's next polls.

Talks also figured high on bilateral ties and ways of cementing them in various domains.
