Jordan Condemns Terror Attacks
in London
July 7, 2005 - Jordan strongly condemns the
series of terror attacks that occurred in London today.
The government and the people of Jordan send their
sincerest and profound condolences and sympathy to the
families of victims of this heinous crime, and to the
British government and people.
Jordan will continue to be steadfast and resolute in the
fight on terrorism and its perpetrators with all
possible means and to continue working closely with the
international community to eradicate this phenomenon and
bring those responsible to justice.
Jordan reiterates its full rejection of all forms of
terrorism and their justifications. Jordan strongly
believes that such terror attacks defy the basic tenets
and teachings of Islam; of peace, tolerance and
coexistence.
