His Majesty King Abdullah II will meet with Muslim American leaders at the Islamic Center in Washington, DC to discuss Jordan’s intra-Islamic and interfaith initiatives. His Majesty will join Muslim American leaders in performing the Islamic prayer together at the Islamic Center’s Mosque. The event will begin at 2:30 PM

His Majesty King Abdullah’s current visit to the United States focuses on the intra-Islamic and interfaith initiative Jordan is leading, which aims to build bridges of peace and understanding among people throughout the world, including religious and political leaders, academics, and policymakers. His Majesty addressed Catholic University of America Law School and Riverside Church in Washington, DC and New York respectively last week.
